Surrey Housing Market Report March 2019 | 素裏地產簡報:in Fraser Valley area, home prices are pretty stable, but the MLS listings Surrey reach to the highest level since 2015.

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board reports there were 1,221 homes sales in March for all property types on MLS Listings, a 26.6% decrease compared to March 2018, but  24.3% increase in sales compared to Feb.2018. This would be the lowest March sales since 2013.

In 1,221 of total home sales: 462 were the single house, 300 were townhouses, and 346 were condos.

President of the Fraser Valley Board said that many of the communities are having more inventories – the number of townhomes of available townhomes almost doubling and Fraser Valley condos more than doubling compared to last year.

• Single Family Detached: $1,006,300
• Townhomes: $557,600
• Apartments: $424,400
